HOW IT WORKS:
- Reserve your tail at least one week before your event. Anything less REQUIRES EXPRESS SHIPPING TO BE SELECTED AND NO GUARANTEE YOUR TAIL WILL ARRIVE ON TIME.
- Pay for your tail plus a fully refundable deposit at the time of reservation
- Your tail will be shipped anywhere it's convenient for you in time for your event
- Go WIN with your tail
- Drop your tail off for shipping within 48 hours after your event ends using the prepaid shipping label
- Once we receive and inspect your tail, your deposit will be automatically refunded, less any late fees or fees for damage
- We handle the rest, including cleaning the tail
